So, the previous version is gone and I'm starting fresh.<br /><br />I've been out of school since April 2011 and I'm still working to cement a daily practice. With a look at communities like <a href="http://www.dailypainters.com/">DailyPainters.com</a> I'm starting to get motivated to sit at my easel at least for an hour a day since New Years.<br /><br />I've been thinking about&nbsp;marketability&nbsp;(cue cringe from all of my former art teachers). I'd like to start working quite small, perhaps 4"x3"s to really cleanup my application process and hone my observation and mixing skills. This would also allow me to produce more work in less time, and annihilate shipping problems should I choose to sell nationally/internationally.<br /><br />Right now the plan is to just clear what's on my easel right now, which is a floral painting for my aunt. I've also destroyed any old paintings which would need more work than I'm willing to put into them, and/ or had little to no sale value or value to the collections that are floating around in my head. I think it's easier to paint in an empty studio without half finished paintings screaming at me for attention, which, though ideal, is not my current situation.<br /><br />Those are my thoughts for now.
